Honest Abe Roofing is looking for a motivated, organized and team oriented individual to become the General Manager of our newest location. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of success and a background in training and motivating others.
You will be responsible for the following:
1. Building a team of highly driven salespeople
2. Building a team of skilled and dependable Field Managers
3. Training and motivating your team
4. Building and maintaining relationships with vendors
5. Reporting to the CEO
6. Overseeing the growth of your location
7. Protecting the integrity of the system
