- The successful candidate will act as a resource to our Administrative Assistant and help with various other administrative duties.
- The candidate will need to operate independantly as a business driven leader including but not limited to front desk, inbound and outbound call work.
- Inbound calls
- Scheduling
- Routing calls
- Trouble shooting customer and team issues
- Interface with various vendors and municipalities
- Document Management
- Data management & tracking
- Advancement and extra income potential
- Make and distribute copies
- File
- Order supplies
- Keep records safe while protecting customers information.
- Strong level of tech knowledge: MS Windows
- Remain teachable and coachable
- 40 hours per week
- Schedule will be Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Hourly wage depends on experience
