Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and follow-up calls, to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline.
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual consultations with clients to understand their needs and present suitable vehicle options.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and foster long-term customer relationships.
- Negotiate pricing, financing terms, and additional services to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management processes to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, update customer information, and monitor sales progress systematically.
- Upsell additional features, accessories, or service packages to maximize revenue opportunities during the sales process.
- Collaborate with sales support teams and marketing to develop strategies that increase retail sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of current automobile models, market trends, and competitive offerings to provide expert guidance.
- Participate in public speaking engagements or dealership events to promote the brand and attract new clients.
- Support dealership operations by assisting with retail math calculations, inventory control measures, and organizational tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated expertise in outside sales, B2B sales, high-end sales, and deal closing techniques.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to manage a diverse sales pipeline efficiently.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging a broader customer base.
- Strong organizational skills with proficiency in CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math calculations.
