- Answer incoming calls; handle inquiries, take detailed messages, and process requests for prescription or food refills.
- Monitor and respond to emails, texts, and other communication platforms used by the hospital.
- Assist veterinarians and support staff as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on multitasking and detail.
- Prior experience in a veterinary or medical office setting preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
