Responsibilities - Sales Consultant:
- Meet dealership sales goals.
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
- Greet customer and determine make, type, and quality of vehicle desired.
- Explain features and demonstrate operation of vehicle in showroom or on road.
- Suggest optional equipment for customer to purchase.
- Compute price and complete necessary paperwork.
- Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle.
- Engage in business development - maintain sales leads.
- Build relationships with the customers.
- Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer's vehicle.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements - Sales Consultant:
- Experience is a plus but not required!
- Bilingual ability in any language is a plus!
- Proficient with using the internet
- Must have a strong personal drive, a great work ethic, and be an outgoing friendly person
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral
