Duties
- Greet customers warmly and handle all cashiering responsibilities with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Process payments accurately using point-of-sale systems and manage cash register functions
- Coordinate loaner vehicle reservations, check-in, check-out, and vehicle maintenance schedules
- Maintain organized records of loaner vehicles, customer transactions, and service appointments
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining services, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking abilities
