About Honda of Vallejo
Honda of Vallejo is a fast-paced, customer-focused dealership committed to teamwork across every department. We’re searching for an experienced Service Manager who knows how to lead people, improve processes, and build strong collaboration between Service, Parts, Sales, and the rest of the store.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Drive a positive team culture and ensure strong communication between all dealership departments
- Oversee daily service operations, workflow, and quality control
- Manage repair orders, warranty processes, and manufacturer guidelines
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Strong communication and ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Knowledge of dealership service operations and DMS systems
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
