Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally, listening carefully to their vehicle concerns and needs
• Clearly explain recommended repairs and maintenance services, providing detailed auto estimating and service writing
• Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, ensuring timely completion of services such as oil changes, brake repairs, transmissions, alignments, suspension work, tire services, diesel engine repairs, shocks & struts, air brake systems, and auto body repairs
• Upsell additional services by highlighting benefits that meet customer needs while maintaining transparency and trust
• Manage cash handling accurately and process payments efficiently
• Maintain detailed records of all service transactions and customer interactions
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships

Experience

• Proven dealership experience or automotive service management background is highly preferred
• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive diagnostics, repair procedures, and vehicle maintenance
• Hands-on experience as a service technician or in automotive repair roles such as brake repair, transmission work, or diesel engine repair is advantageous
• Familiarity with auto estimating software and service writing practices is beneficial
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally
• Knowledge of automotive systems including air brakes, alignment, suspension components, tire service, shocks & struts is desirable
• Experience in auto sales or automobile sales roles adds value to your application

Pay: $62,492.12 - $75,259.33 per year
