What are the responsibilities and job description for the Internet Sales Associate position at Honda of the Avenues?
***AUTO SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED***
We have two openings for Internet Sales Associates in a stable Honda store. We average 250-300 vehicles and the monthly sales average per sales associates normally exceeds 12 per person.
Associates have a very strong pay plan and are compensated on front and back side of the deal. A successful Internet Salesperson is technologically savvy, able to multi-task, has strong word-tracks, and understands the importance of selling the appointment. Internet Salespeople are trusted with 80 internet inquiries monthly with 30 phone-ups as well.

Handle all incoming internet inquiries and internet phone leads

Respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner

Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection, providing industry knowledge and the highest level of customer happiness

Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration

Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet

Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly

Other duties as assigned

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
