We Offer Our Automotive Sales Consultants
- 60 days of training for our model of business.
- Training is paid at an hourly wage of 20.00 per hour.
- After 60 days of the training period, pay is based on a highly competitive commission structure.
- Compensation based on a tiered system - paid per unit (new & used) - paid on all finance products.
- Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance offered after 60 days of employment.
- Paid time off.
- 2 days off in a row.

- Ongoing training and development with a full-time trainer for your success.

Candidates with experience in any of these fields can succeed as an Automotive Sales Consultant:
- Product sales/product knowledge associates for household appliances, computers, audio systems, etc.
- Product/service sales such as internet access, mobile phones, satellite.
- Persuasion' type jobs such as higher education admission counselors, enrollment advisers, coaches, teachers, etc.
- Servers and bartenders in 'upscale' restaurants and clubs.
- Sales of timeshares, vacation packages, cruises, fitness center memberships, golf, or country club memberships.
