Chevrolet Buick Marble Falls is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Make Ready Technician to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing vehicles for delivery to customers, ensuring they meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed cleaning, washing, and waxing of vehicles to meet dealership standards.
• Vacuum, wipe down, and polish vehicle interiors.
• Clean windows, rims, and tires to ensure vehicles are in perfect condition.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure vehicles are spotless and ready for customer delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with other tasks as needed.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Commission-Based Pay ranging from $13.50 to $17.50 per hour based on production output.

Qualifications:

• Experience in vehicle detailing or car washing is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for providing excellent service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
