Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Staff role is based in Lancaster, CA. The Sales Staff member will greet and assist customers, actively listen to their needs, and guide them through vehicle selection, test drives, and product demonstrations. Daily responsibilities include explaining vehicle features and pricing, preparing sales quotes, handling necessary documentation, and coordinating with finance and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. The role also involves following up with prospective and existing customers, maintaining product knowledge on Honda vehicles and specials, and keeping the showroom and lot organized and presentable.
