Your Purpose as a Parts Counter Advisor:

• Work with guests in person, by phone or by computer to locate and sell the appropriate automotive parts based on their specific needs
• Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and keep the computer system up to date
• Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location
• Maintain the parts department in a clean and organized manner
• Stay up-to-date on any and all current specials to assist guests in obtaining the best possible value for their purchases
• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle

Additional Qualifications:

• Customer service experience preferred
