Position Details

• Pay Range: $13.85–$18.78 per hour, based on experience
• Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday–Saturday

• What You’ll Do
• Set up and assemble new motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and power equipment to precise factory specifications
• Inspect, test, and ensure all vehicles are in perfect working order before customer delivery
• Follow detailed setup and pre-delivery inspection procedures to meet Honda’s high standards
• Diagnose and repair units as needed to ensure customers receive vehicles that are ready to ride
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work as part of a supportive team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, and/or power equipment
• At least 2 years of mechanical experience preferred
• Previous powersports, marine, or power equipment experience is a plus
• Must have your own tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship
• Team player who can also work independently
• Mechanical training/certifications (such as MMI or similar trade school) are a plus
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license required; motorcycle license preferred
