Honda of Murfreesboro is hiring a Collision Center Customer Service Coordinator to join our team.
This role combines customer service, repair coordination, estimating support, and collision center administration. You’ll work closely with customers, Service Advisors, technicians, Parts, Accounting, insurance contacts, rental providers, and the Used Car Department to help keep repairs organized and moving efficiently.
Previous collision estimating experience is a plus, but it is not required.
We’re open to candidates with strong customer service, dealership, repair coordination, or estimating experience, including similar backgrounds in RV, Marine, Powersports, and other service or repair industries.

What You’ll Do:
- Create and maintain accurate customer and vehicle files
- Assist with collision estimates, supplements, approvals, and repair documentation
- Prepare estimates for Service Department customers and used vehicle reconditioning, with training and manager review
- Communicate with customers and provide repair updates
- Coordinate with Service Advisors, technicians, Parts, Accounting, insurance contacts, and rental providers
- Track repair information, approvals, and required documentation
- Help keep Collision Center work organized and moving efficiently
- Take on additional estimating responsibilities as training and experience progress
What We're Looking For:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Collision Center, dealership, customer service, repair coordination, or collision estimating experience is a plus, but not required
- Similar experience in RV, Marine, Powersports, or other repair and service industries is welcome
- CCC ONE experience is helpful, but not required
- Comfortable learning estimating software and collision repair processes
- Ability to manage multiple customers, files, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong follow-through and documentation skills
- Willingness to learn and grow into additional estimating responsibilities
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Salary : $36,702 - $51,430
