Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Answer inbound calls from our own service customer
- Respond quickly to internet & phone inquiries
- Follow up with customers as needed to offer assistance
- Participate in team and process training sessions
- Utilize our computer tracking system daily.
- Previous Customer Service experience a must!
- Excellent computer skills required
- Valid Driver’s License
