RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage service appointments and keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles throughout the service process.
- Coordinate with the parts department and service technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of services.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of services performed, customer preferences, and vehicle history.
- Stay knowledgeable about the latest automotive technology and service procedures to provide accurate information.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within an automotive service environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and patiently.
