We're looking for a candidate with previous automotive dealership experience. This will be a FULL TIME position on our team. Rate $18.50-$20.00

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complies and sorts information according to guidelines
- Scan material and determine how and where it should be files
- Dispose of obsolete files in accordance with established retirement schedule
- Prepare sales and service gas tickets for the accounting department
- Auditing files for accuracy
- Assist accounting office with misc. duties
- Assist with accounting schedules
- File repair orders and parts tickets
- Safeguard private information and files
REQUIREMENTS:
- Understand and follow work rules and procedures
- Excelling communication skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Follow lawful directions from supervisor
- Dealership experience
- Ability to work some weekends
Salary : $19 - $20
