Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the Following
- Manage and record inventory for New and Used vehicle with attention and accuracy for two stores.
- Process Used Car purchases
- Process Dealer Trade Paperwork
- Floor Vehicles with manufacturer
- Review and Maintain accounting schedules
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience working in a high-volume environment
- Ability to prioritize
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Familiarity Reynolds & Reynolds DMS System
- Microsoft Excel, Word
- Automotive experience is a MUST
Physical Demands
- Frequently operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a telephone, calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
- The person in this position regularly communicates with supervisor to provide status updates. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
- Occasionally ascends/descends stairs
Education/Training/Experience
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
