- Selecting, hiring, training and developing Sales Associates
- Managing vehicle inventory
- Managing showroom and online activity via CRM and other tools
- Training Salespeople on effective processes and products
- Managing high Customer Satisfaction Index scores
- Monitor the reconditioning process.
- Mentoring and coaching our sales staff to be highly successful

- Automotive sales management experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
