What You'll Do

As an Automotive Technician, you'll perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance while delivering the quality workmanship Honda customers expect.

Responsibilities Include:

• Performing repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer and dealership standards
• Diagnosing vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic equipment and special service tools
• Test-driving vehicles and evaluating vehicle systems and components
• Repairing and maintaining engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC systems, and related components
• Communicating repair recommendations and additional service needs with Service Advisors
• Providing accurate repair timelines and documentation
• Completing warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
• Collaborating with the Parts Department to ensure timely repairs
• Maintaining productivity while delivering high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 3-5 Years of Professional Automotive Technician Experience Required
• Honda dealership experience preferred
• Manufacturer certification or dealership experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Valid Driver's License
• Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven
• Customer-focused professional with strong communication skills
• Commitment to ongoing training and professional development
• Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow
