Position Overview
Honda City is seeking a reliable, friendly, and professional Part-Time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is essential in creating a positive customer experience while supporting daily dealership operations, including handling customer payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Assist customers with basic inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department (sales, service, parts)
- Process customer payments using a credit card machine
- Accurately handle and record payment information in accordance with dealership procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and showroom area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous receptionist, customer service
- Comfortable handling financial transactions and using payment systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stay organized
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, phone systems, etc.)
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
