Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services including patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment
- Manage acute and chronic conditions
- Perform routine physical exams and follow-up visits
- Order and interpret laboratory tests and imaging
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Requirements:
- Licensed PA or NP in New York State
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred)
