Estimating Assistant
Homrich has been an industry leader providing demolition and environmental services to clients throughout the Midwest since 1964. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant for the Estimating department. This is a full-time person position reporting to Homrich’s main office at 200 Matlin Road in Carleton, MI. This position will provide support to Homrich estimators.
Responsibilities include:
- Working with Homrich’s bonding and insurance agencies to acquire appropriate insurance and bonding documentation for each project.
- Ensure select proposal and bid documents are accurate, complete, and comply with company standards and client requirements.
- Notarizing documents as required, ensuring all notarizations are performed accurately and legally.
- Monitoring deadlines and ensure timely submission of all proposals and bids.
- General administrative support for the Estimating departments.
- Actively participate in and prepare documentation for weekly estimating status meetings.
Candidates should have experience in Microsoft Office applications and a willingness to learn other software packages. Candidate needs to be very organized. HOMRICH offers an excellent compensation & benefit package.
