What You'll Do
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Help clients understand their insurance options and find the right coverage
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Resolve client questions and concerns quickly and professionally
- Stay organized while managing multiple priorities throughout the day
- Collaborate with teammates to create a positive client experience
- Continue learning through training and professional development

Qualifications
- Active Kentucky Insurance License or willingness to obtain one
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
