PURPOSE OF YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION: To provide leadership, mentor and train staff, serve as a resource, ensure all shift duties and resident service plans are fulfilled, and maintain operational compliance in accordance with Wisconsin Administrative Code DHS 83 (HFS 83) and facility policies and procedures. Also, to provide assistance to residents with appropriate activities of daily living as established in the individualized Resident Services Plan
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
