This role is for you if you:
- Have at least 1 year of paid residential cleaning experience and can speak to the specifics of your work
- Know how to handle hardwood, natural stone, stainless, glass, and delicate surfaces without guesswork
- Work independently and hold your own standard — you catch the details a client would notice before they do
- Show up on time, prepared, and consistent, every single time
