We’re seeking a driven Call Center Specialist to handle inbound and outbound calls for current and future customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound calling campaigns to schedule in-home appointments.
• Manage inbound inquiries with professionalism, kindness, and urgency.
• Build rapport with customers, demonstrating strong communication and active listening skills.
• Qualify leads by asking questions and understanding customer needs.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure all client needs are met.
• Accurately update customer records in our CRM.
• Follow up with homeowners to confirm appointments and maintain engagement.
• Demonstrate a steady, calm demeanor while managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• 1 years in a call center, telemarketing, or inside sales role (preferred)
• General experience in phone sales, telemarketing
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working with a CRM or scheduling tools
• Comfortable with modern office technology and programs
• Must be reliable and punctual (In-Office work environment)
• High school diploma or equivalent
