💲 Pay: $25/hour
Are you a detail-oriented, deadline-driven Real Estate Transaction & Listing Coordinator? Our growing real estate team in Sumner, WA is looking for a Licensed In-House Transaction / Listing Coordinator Rockstar to help manage listings and transactions from listing to closing.
This role is perfect for someone who loves organization, checklists, technology, and keeping transactions running smoothly and compliantly. You’ll support agents locally in Washington and assist with unlicensed activities across the country.
• Coordinate new listings from onboarding through activation and updates
• Enter, manage, and update listings in MLS and other platforms
• Collect and organize listing documents, disclosures, and property details
• Manage transactions from contract negotiation to close
• Track deadlines and ensure compliance with MLS, brokerage, and state requirements
• Coordinate with agents, clients, escrow, lenders, photographers, and vendors
• Process price changes, status updates, amendments, and listing revisions
• Maintain accurate transaction files and communicate updates to the team
• Active Washington State Real Estate License (Required)
• Experience as a Transaction Coordinator and/or Listing Coordinator
• Strong knowledge of MLS systems, real estate platforms, and workflows
• Excellent organizational and detail-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRMs, MLS, and digital document platforms
• A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, in-office environment
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
• Stable in-house role with consistent workflow
