Homeworx is looking for maintenance professionals who will strive to ensure that our tenants and/or customers have a good experience when making a service call for maintenance or repair work.

Requirements:

Have your own truck and tools.
Cell Phone (Android or iPhone) with Internet Service

Job duties include::

Drywall / Paint.
Light Electrical & Plumbing
Small Appliance
Troubleshooting

You must be presentable in appearance and courteous in attitude for all service calls, day or night.

We will verify all references for quality and accuracy.

Requirements

Must have active real estate license with OKCMAR membership.
You must have closed minimum of 25 transactions.
