Position type: This is an hourly position that is eligible for over-time, plus bonuses based on performance. This position is for our fast-growing CT territory which provides strong growth opportunity!

We are looking for candidates who have a construction background in addition to the soft skills and personality to motivate and drive results in a team environment. This position will involve hands on training in the field. The right candidate will have basic knowledge of field work, as well as a strong desire to train diligently and manage your own crew.

Responsibilities
- Manage a small team of 1 to 2 installers
- Complete work in a timely manager
- Complete work up to Mass Save standards
- Ensure a great customer experience with all work performed
- Ensure crew are following HomeWorks Energy best practices for safety and install
- Complete proper documentation for each job
- Collect copay from customer
- Drive box trucks in compliance with DOT and state regulations
- Construction management experience - (Preferred not required)
- Crew Lead Certification - (Preferred not required)
- Mass Save experience strongly - Required
- Salesforce experience is a plus
