Install Technician - Entry Level

Install Technician I Full-time | $18/hr bonus incentives (average $175/week extra!)

Grow Fast: Start as Tech I and advance to Tech II ($18/hr Avg. $260/wk bonus) or Crew Lead ($23/hr $850/wk bonus) in as little as 6 months!

What You'll Do

• Measure, cut, and install insulation materials (fiberglass, foam, cellulose) in walls, ceilings, attics, and more
• Install roof vents and ensure proper ventilation
• Operate company vehicles safely and conduct inspections
• Keep a safe, organized work area
• Report to the local warehouse in Wareham each morning (trucks launch from there)
  
  

What You Need

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic familiarity with insulation tools and materials
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
• Must be able to report to your local warehouse each morning before crew trucks depart
