Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing.
• Manage housekeeping inventory and report any shortages or maintenance needs.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to maintain health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure guest satisfaction and address any specific requests or concerns.
• Adhere to all safety protocols while performing cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of custodial practices and equipment operation is beneficial.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• A positive attitude towards providing exceptional service in a hotel or residential environment.
