We are hiring for a Front Desk Agent for our beautiful Hilton Homewood Suites Near UAB in Five Points South, downtown Birmingham, Al.
This position is a guest service oriented position in a fast-paced environment that requires strict attendance and punctuality. The job duties and skills required for this position include:
- An outgoing personality that emphasizes empathy, authenticity
- Knowledge of windows based computer operating systems
- A great attitude and the ability to perform under pressure
- Great communication skills
- Guest Security
We are looking to fill the following shift:
- Monday-Thursday 3PM-11PM
- Friday-Sunday 3PM-11PM
