Responsibilities
- Greet guests arriving or departing during nighttime hours with warmth and professionalism, providing excellent guest services and resolving any inquiries or issues promptly.
- Conduct thorough audits of daily financial transactions, including verifying billing accuracy, posting charges, and balancing accounts to ensure financial integrity.
- Maintain a secure environment by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety inspections, and managing access control for staff and guests.
- Manage front desk operations using multi-line phone systems, handling reservations, cancellations, and guest requests with efficiency and courtesy.
- Prepare detailed shift reports documenting nightly activities, incidents, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers to morning staff.
- Assist with guest relations by addressing special requests, providing local information, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction throughout your shift.
- Support hotel management in administrative tasks related to occupancy tracking, room assignments, and maintenance reporting as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles within a resort or hotel setting.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations, phone etiquette, and problem-solving abilities.
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems to handle reservations and guest inquiries efficiently.
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high levels of attention to detail and security protocols.
- Excellent communication skills combined with a professional demeanor that reflects hospitality excellence.
- Previous experience in night audit procedures or hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
