Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with efficiency and care, maintaining high food safety standards
- Set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring they are well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing
- Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu options, and accommodate dietary restrictions when possible
- Maintain cleanliness in food prep areas, dining spaces, and service stations through regular cleaning and sanitizing
- Manage guest interactions with professionalism using proper phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality environments is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and proper sanitation practices
- Familiarity with POS systems like PEP is a plus
- Strong communication skills with a friendly guest-oriented attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or cleaning equipment
- Experience in kitchen work, meal preparation, or culinary activities such as knife skills or meat cutting is advantageous
- Prior experience as a host/hostess or in customer service roles enhances your ability to connect with guests effectively
