Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, towels, and minibar supplies to meet guest needs efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas like hallways, lobbies, elevators, and restrooms by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting.
- Perform floor care duties including carpet cleaning and polishing hard floors to uphold safety and aesthetic standards.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and continuous quality.
- Follow all safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with special cleaning projects such as industrial cleaning or deep sanitation tasks when required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and use of cleaning equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform manual tasks throughout shifts.
- Previous hotel or custodial experience is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
