POSITION SUMMARY

Plan, direct and coordinate activities of an organization or department that provides lodging and other accommodations and supervise whole staff from all departments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Greet and register guests

Supervise, train staff from all departments.

Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and services, and resolve guest complaints

Responsible to act as General Manager in absence of General Manager and perform all job duties of General Manager while acting as General Manager.

Review and respond to guest reviews.

Assign duties to workers, and schedule shifts

Coordinate front-office activities of hotels and resolve problems

Participate in financial activities such as the setting of room rates.

Daily financial Reconciliation and inventory Management.

Observe and monitor staff performance to ensure efficient operations and adherence to company and brand policies and procedures

Train staff members

Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and grounds for cleanliness and appearance

Prepare required paperwork pertaining to departmental functions

Carry out and implement all policies and rules-regulation set by the management.

Must have management experience. Prefer hotel management and Hilton experience.
