The Homewood Suites by Hilton in Sioux Falls is now hiring for Front Desk Night Audit. Shift hours are overnight shifts from 11pm-7am. The Front Desk Agent is a member of the Front Office Team. He/She is responsible for: maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times; welcoming and serving guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone. As part of this job, this individual is required to: demonstrate good computer skills; accurately handle cash and charges; stand for long periods of time; present friendly, outgoing, energetic and guest service oriented demeanor; coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in; supply guests with directions and information regarding property, and local areas of interest; follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; light laundry, set up and ready guest breakfast and perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. Requirements:-High School graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate-Compute basic arithmetic-Must have good understanding of the English language-Good communication skills both verbal and written-Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor-Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent preferred but not required. Must be able to lift 30 pounds, stand for long periods of time, and work in a fast paced environment-Must be available nights and weekends, to include some holidays.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
