Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to meet cleanliness standards.
• Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest comfort.
• Perform floor care duties including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness of public spaces.
• Follow established safety and sanitation procedures to promote a healthy environment for guests and staff.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely repairs and uphold quality standards.
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and room status updates.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to support overall hotel operations.

Experience

• Familiarity with cleaning techniques, floor care equipment, and janitorial supplies.
