Job Summary
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various areas of our facility. Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors
- Change linens and make beds
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels
- Empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Ability to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
- Basic knowledge of floor care techniques is desirable
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning standards is an advantage
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members
Please note that this position requires physical stamina as it involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
