Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and guest-focused Night Auditor to join our team. This role is the face of our property and plays a key part in creating a positive guest experience. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and perform efficient check-ins and check-outs
- Learn and operate the hotel management system (PMS)
- Process guest transactions using the POS system
- Maintain and stock the on-property Suite Shop
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues
- Handle guest concerns professionally and work toward timely resolutions
- Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures
- Provide consistently excellent customer service
- Uphold hotel policies and brand standards
- Ensure the front desk area remains clean, organized, and professional
Qualifications:
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Schedule Requirements:
- Availability to work Monday through Sunday Nights
- Ability to work the 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM shifts consistently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
