Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor and report changes in patients' condition to the nursing staff.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Assist in the maintenance of a clean and safe environment for our patients.
- Follow care plans and contribute to the development of individualized care plans.
- Document care provided accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of our patients.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
- Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Successful completion of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Licensure is preferred.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification is also preferred.
