In Home Caregiver

HomeWell Care Services is a trusted provider of non-medical home care, dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities. Our mission is to support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity while remaining comfortably at home.

Based in Beverly Farms, MA, we serve the North Shore, Maine and New Hampshire area and are looking for compassionate caregivers to join our team and provide personalized, in-home support.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one, non-medical care tailored to each client’s individual needs
• Build lasting, respectful relationships with clients who wish to age in place
• Assist with daily living activities in clients’ homes
  
  

Available Shifts

• Day, Morning, Afternoon
• Opportunities available on both weekdays and weekends
  
  

Requirements

• Must reside in or be willing to commute to the North Shore area
• Prior caregiving experience required
• Dependable, caring, and professional attitude
• New hires must attend an in-person orientation in Amesbury, MA, as part of the onboarding process.
  
  

Compensation

• Competitive pay: $21–$24 per hour (rate varies by assignment and location)
