HomeWell Care Services is hiring non-medical caregivers for our Northern San Diego area.

We are looking for reliable & compassionate people who want to grow their career in the home health care field, by providing non-medical care in the client's home. Our caregivers make a positive impact in the lives of seniors by ensuring their safety and promoting their independence. We offer flexible schedules along with a supportive company environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship to seniors
• Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing and bathroom assistance
• Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and linen changing
• Laying out clothes and assisting with dressing
• Planning and preparing meals
• Providing medication reminders
• Providing transportation to and from appointments
  
  

Qualifications

• Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect & a strong work ethic
• Must show negative TB test results
• Strict adherence to all state regulations and standards as a home care aid
• Valid driver’s license & auto insurance, reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check and must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to be reached via phone or email for shift schedules
• Able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
