- Step in when it counts – filling caregiver shifts when needed to ensure clients never go without care.
- Lead with flexibility – be on-call every other weekend to support caregivers and families.
- Be a trusted partner – building strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers while keeping care plans on track.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Compassion, professionalism, and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable stepping in as a caregiver when needed.
- Train, mentor, and supervise caregivers.
- Visit clients regularly to ensure needs are met.
