This is a full-time on-site role for a Caregiver based in Wilmington, MA. As a Caregiver, you will assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility support. You will provide companionship, ensure medication adherence, perform light housekeeping, and support clients in maintaining their independence. Strong communication and observational skills are essential to manage clients’ needs and report changes to the care coordinator or healthcare providers.

• Experience in Personal Care Assistance, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Basic Housekeeping and Cooking skills to support daily living needs
• Strong Communication and Active Listening skills for effective client interaction
• Compassion, Patience, and Empathy to provide emotional support
• Physical Stamina and Mobility to assist clients with daily activities
• CPR and First Aid Certification (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Previous caregiving experience or relevant certifications are a plus
