This is a full-time on-site Caregiver role located in Port Arthur, TX. The Caregiver will assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication reminders, bathing, grooming, and light housekeeping. Additional responsibilities include providing companionship, ensuring clients’ physical and emotional well-being, and reporting any changes in clients’ conditions to supervisors. The ability to maintain a safe and supportive environment in clients’ homes is essential.
- Experience with personal care activities, including bathing, grooming, and mobility support
- Competence in basic household tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for providing companionship and emotional support
- Ability to monitor and report changes in clients’ physical or emotional health
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is a plus but not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism
