We’re looking for dedicated caregivers to support older adults with daily living activities. Guided by personalized care plans created by our Care Managers, you’ll provide services such as companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and—in some cases—transportation and personal care.

You will report directly to the Care Manager, with scheduling coordinated by the Staffing Coordinator.

We’re looking for dedicated caregivers to support older adults with daily living activities. Guided by personalized care plans created by our Care Managers, you’ll provide services such as companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and—in some cases—transportation and personal care.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferred: 1,000 hours of experience working with seniors or chronically ill individuals (about 6 months full-time or 12 months part-time). Exceptions available for newly licensed CNAs/HHAs or caregivers providing companionship/housekeeping only.
- CNA or HHA certification preferred but not required.
- Current TB test required.
- Physically able to perform job duties, including safe client transfers.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance (if transporting clients).
- Strong communication skills.
- Mature, caring, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Verifiable professional references.
- Follow Care Plans: Deliver services according to client-specific care plans.
- Comprehensive Support: Tasks may include companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, shopping, transportation, medication reminders, and personal care (including bathing).
- Communication: Report any client changes, concerns, or emergencies to the Care Manager promptly.
- Safety Compliance: Follow infection control standards and request PPE when needed.
- Timekeeping: Use ClearCare Telephony for clocking in/out and updating completed tasks.
- Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the dress code.
- Reliability: Be punctual, attend required trainings and meetings, and uphold company policies.

- Must be able to safely assist with client transfers.
- Must be able to travel to client homes using reliable transportation.
