Responsibilities
- Serve as a professional and knowledgeable representative of the agency within the healthcare community.
- Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with existing referral sources.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for new and existing service territories.
- Identify, pursue, and participate in community marketing and networking opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with healthcare professionals throughout the assigned territory.
- Manage and maintain the agency's social media platforms to enhance community engagement and brand awareness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Proven ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Proficient in digital platforms and social media is a plus.
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and professional presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, team members, vendors, and the public.
